Separate Bar with cooler, ice machine and pop dispenser.  Renter must provide own bartender and liquor licence.  Pop is available at extra charge.

We set up and take down tables and chairs according to your floor plan.  You may bring in your own Caterer and Bartender or do it yourself.  We need to see the original copy of your liquor permit – Special Event Licence – Private Resale (about $25 in most liquor stores) prior to your event.  The original and all receipts must be posted in the bar during your event.  Our PA system is user friendly and has a CD Player, ipod / iphone, laptop and wireless plug-ins.  Please email scanctr@telus.net to request availability and a copy of our RENTAL CONTRACT.
